About the Villas at Azulik

Touting themselves as a sanctuary for reconnection and wellness, you kind of know what you’re getting yourself into when you book a stay at Azulik Tulum.

Still, nothing can quite prepare you for how idyllic the resort really is; prepare to enter into a maze of mesmerizing huts and breathtaking visuals.

Rooms have been designed to maximize relaxation, from the spacious beds to the abstract tubs as opposed to showers. The villas are made from fine local wood and boast a large private deck where you can admire the glittering Caribbean ocean on your doorstep.

The rooms are decorated in traditional Mayan fashion, with light linens and mid-toned wood the very basis of design. While the lack of Wi-Fi and a TV ensures that you can totally switch off and reconnect with yourself.

Dining at Azulik

With three luxury gastronomic experiences available, dining at Azulik is a delight.

Kin Toh is our favorite of the offerings, with a 3 or 5-course journey for the senses underneath a rattan canopy. Diners are invited on a unique adventure through dishes such as a rack of lamb served with Oaxacan antmole, orzo octopus, and their iconic nest with regional sorbet.

Tseen Ja is a close second, blending Japanese and Mexican fusion dishes using local ingredients and far eastern techniques. Diners can gather in private nests overlooking the Tulum jungle.

Mantli is an equally wonderful experience, also – this cosy spot sees traditional mezcal served in a far more relaxed setting.

Dreaming about booking a stay at this stunning resort?
